1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using RoastWeb ("Service"), which is operated by Extensions Market ("Extensions Market", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

RoastWeb provides automated website auditing services that analyze website performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Not audit websites you do not have permission to audit
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. RATE LIMITS AND FAIR USE

Free use is limited to one website roast per day per IP address. To roast more sites, or to unlock the full fix report for a site, you purchase credits (one credit unlocks one full fix report).

We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or exceed reasonable usage limits.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoastWeb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without express written permission.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By publishing a roast report, you grant RoastWeb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to your content and can delete published reports at any time.

7. PAYMENT AND CREDITS

RoastWeb is pay-per-use. You buy credits as a one-time purchase through our payment processor (Stripe). There is no subscription and no recurring charge. One credit unlocks the full fix report and PDF for one website.

Credits are tied to your account and do not expire. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change over time; a change never affects credits you already own.

Refunds: unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Credits that have already been spent to unlock a report are non-refundable, since the report is delivered immediately. Contact us if something went wrong and we will make it right.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Audit results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROASTWEB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoastWeb from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
